Giving to the School

Your gifts are making a difference

The IU School of Liberal Arts is deeply grateful to our alumni, faculty, staff, and friends whose support is essential to help us prepare students to be tomorrow’s leaders, explore critical aspects of our world, and enrich social communities at home and around the globe.

Making a gift is a thoughtful way to show your support and appreciation for Liberal Arts and its mission while fulfilling your own personal, financial, estate-planning, and philanthropic goals.

You have many options for funds and programs to support. Our staff will help you meet your goals and have the greatest impact you can, whatever you want your gift to be.

A female student holds up a handwritten sign that reads ‘Liberal Arts Works...because it has helped me understand my role in the global context!’

When you make a gift to the IU School of Liberal Arts, you are investing in our commitment to excellence, access, and opportunity for every student.

Gifts to the Dean’s Priority Fund are applied to the areas of greatest need, including scholarships for new students, gap funding for current students, a new mentoring program, and our ongoing commitment to ensure every student reaches their full potential. Give to where your gift is needed most.

The critical-thinking, analytical, and communication skills I acquired as a liberal arts major gave me a strong foundation for my career working for a large worldwide tech company. I give to the IU School of Liberal Arts as a way of sharing that success for other liberal arts students.
