The IU School of Liberal Arts has one of the largest scholarship and award programs at IUPUI. Through the generosity of our scholarship donors, the School is able to provide over $275,000 in scholarship assistance to over XXX undergraduates, incoming freshmen, and graduate students.
Most of our scholarships are for continuing undergraduate students, to reward exceptional work (such as a paper or essay written for a class), fund projects with faculty, and support study abroad.
- Some awards take financial need into consideration, so be sure to submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
- Scholarships are just one of your financial aid options.
- You can find even more scholarship opportunities through the IUPUI Office of Student Scholarships.
Application deadline: February 1
Most School of Liberal Arts scholarships require a submitted application through Academic Works by February 1. Some scholarships have additional requirements, such as a transcript, an essay, or letter of recommendation. Please plan ahead to allow enough time if you need to ask your faculty or work supervisor to write that important letter for you.
*For each scholarship, be sure to read the application requirements and award criteria carefully, as some do vary.
