Liberal Arts Dean's RISE Scholarship
Overview
This scholarship supports undergraduate students who are enrolled in the IU School of Liberal Arts at IUPUI and are participating in the RISE program on campus. RISE stands for Research, International, Service learning, and Experiential learning, each of which engages students more deeply in their learning and contributes to their intellectual and professional development in unique ways. RISE experiences are particularly well-suited to help students to further clarify and commit to their career goals.
Criteria
Eligible recipients must be pursuing a degree in the IU School of Liberal Arts and are participating in the IUPUI RISE initiative on campus.
Each application must submit an essay that includes why the student feels that the IUPUI RISE initiative will be a good resource for them, and how this opportunity will benefit their professional and career goals. (maximum 500 words)
