I am a professor in the Geography Department and associate dean for research in the School of Liberal Arts at IUPUI. I have been teaching and doing research with GIS for about 20 years. My research interests include geographic information science, human health and well being, and the geography of everyday life. I specialize in integrating geographic methods in studies examining environmental effects on health and well being. I am fortunate to have the opportunity to collaborate with great colleagues from different disciplines including medicine, public health, nursing, the social and natural sciences, and the humanities. If you are interested in learning more about my research, a list of publications is available via Google Scholar by following the link below.
