Resident Students

The Program for Intensive English accepts residents of the United States, regardless of visa or immigration status.
If you are interested in improving your English for help in the workforce, home life, or to attend University in the United States, consider studying English at PIE.

  • Residents can start at the beginning of any session – we have sessions starting in January, March, May, June, August, and October each year.
  • Residents should apply at least 2 weeks before the session starts.
  • Residents can study part-time or full time.
  • You will have class every day, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM – even if you study part time, you will still need to attend classes in person each day.

Currently, we do not offer evening or weekend classes.

Our program is a non-degree, non-credit program. We are unable to accept FAFSA or federal student financial aid.
