I can genuinely say that having an internship is the reason I am where I am today as a professional and an individual. I interned for a startup software company, MomentPath, as their client success associate. Today, I am their full-time client success manager. Going into the internship I was beyond nervous and had a lot of self-doubt about whether I was capable of filling the role. I knew very little about client success and was unsure if I would even enjoy it. From the start, I had the support of every single team member and was able to learn from each department. I exercised many of the skills I had learned in past communication classes such as working as a team, speaking with customers effectively, and so much more. Most importantly, I learned that I am capable of more than I give myself credit for and I am forever thankful for all of the growth that my internship brought me.
