The Office of International Affairs is delighted to announce that the U.S. Department of State accepted Professor Oladele Omosegbon’s bid to the Diplomacy Lab (DipLab). DipLab is a public-private partnership that enables the State Department to “course-source” research related to foreign policy challenges by harnessing the efforts of students and faculty experts at colleges and universities across the United States.

This spring, students in Prof. Omosegbon’s class will analyze the influence the African Union and the United Nations each exerts in major regional and continental policies affecting issues such as conflict, poverty, treaties, and economic policies.

Prof. Omosegbon is a Senior Associate Faculty in Africana Studies.
