Biography

Part-time Lecturer in the department of History. Acting Editor, 1986–87, Associate Editor, 1979–86, The Papers of James Madison, University of Virginia. Responsible for volumes 14 through 16 of the Congressional Series. Assisted the editor with the Presidential Series.
