The Graduate Certificate in Communication Studies is designed primarily for those who want to teach dual-credit communication courses and who need to meet Higher Learning Commission dual-credit qualification standards. The Department of Communication Studies at IUPUI contributes several courses to this joint degree offered through IU Online.
