Undergraduate Degree RequirementsD

Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Science (BS)

To receive a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA) or a Bachelor of Science degree (BS) from the IU School of Liberal Arts, one must fulfill all of the requirements specified by both Indiana University-Purdue University (IUPUI) and the School of Liberal Arts. One must have a minimum of 122 credit hours and a minimum GPA of 2.0 or better in order to graduate. Please carefully examine the degree requirements for the School of Liberal Arts and contact either your advisor or the Miriam Z. Langsam Office of Student Affairs (Located in 401 Cavanaugh Hall (317) 274-3976 and open from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday - Friday) if you have any questions.

Associate of Arts (AA)

To attain an Associate of Arts degree (AA) from the IU School of Liberal Arts, one must fulfill all of the requirements of the degree, specified by both Indiana University-Purdue University (IUPUI) and the School of Liberal Arts. One must have a minimum of 61 credit hours and a minimum GPA of 2.0 or better in order to graduate.
