To support undergraduate Political Science majors to attend conferences and/or complete undergraduate research projects. Students do not apply to this scholarship, however, if you feel you are eligible contact the Political Science office.
This scholarship is for undergraduate students who are majoring in political science, are at least sophomores, are first generation college students, and have demonstrated financial need. Preference will be given to students who graduated from high school in Marion County. Because, as part of its mission, Indiana University is committed to diversity, special consideration will be given to underrepresented populations, including but not limited to financially challenged students, and/or students with diverse cultural experiences.

Recipients shall be students at IUPUI in any discipline. They must be currently enrolled in, or have taken in the last two years, a political theory course offered by the Department. The number, amount and the recipient(s) of the Prize will be determined by a committee within the Department, appointed by the Department chair.
