IUPUI Office of Equal Opportunity
Promotes a working and learning environment free of discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, gener, age, disability, or vetran status. Responsible for ensuring the university’s compliance with all applicable federal and state nondiscrimination requirements and serves as the institution’s offical liason with governmental civil rights enforcement agencies.
Adaptive Educational Services
AES is the IUPUI office dedicated to working with students with documented disabilities to ensure that these students receive the appropriate accommodations so they have an equal opportunity to be successful at higher education.
Multicultural Success Center
The IUPUI Multicultural Success Center leads the campus in creating an inclusive environment of excellence that embraces diversity and social justice. The Center inspires all students to be creative, engaged, responsible, and ethically sound global citizens by providing opportunities for personal and professional growth, and community development.
Training, Workshops and Professional Development
Human Resources
IUPUI HR provides training sessions tailored to department needs including those related to diversity. They also provide regular workshops on diversity awareness and managing diversity.

Provides leadership and action for the creation of an inclusive campus environment where women and succeed as faculty, staff, and students.
