Important Information for IMPers

Important Dates for Individualized Majors during the 2012-2013 Academic Year:

Fall Semester

Open Registration (without late fees) for Fall Semester 2012 runs from April 2 - August 20.
Students planning to graduate in December 2012 who wish to have a pre-graduation audit must apply by August 1.
Students who wish to graduate in December 2012 must apply for graduation by September 1.
Students completing an I360 proposal must turn in a draft to their faculty advisor by September 30 and have completed a final plan of their proposed major by October 21.
Students completing a one-semester (3 credit) I460 capstone project must submit a draft to their faculty advisor by November 4. The final version is due November 18.
Students completing a two-semester (6 credit) I460 capstone project must submit a draft to their faculty advisor by October 21. The final version is due November 4.

Spring Semester

Open Registration (without late fees) for Spring Semester 2013 runs from October 22 - January 4.
Students planning to graduate in May 2013 who wish to have a pre-graduation audit must apply by November 1.
Students who wish to graduate in May 2013 must apply for graduation by December 1.
Students completing an I360 proposal must turn in a draft to their faculty advisor by February 18 and have completed a final plan of their proposed major by March 11.
Students completing a one-semester (3 credit) I460 capstone project must submit a draft to their faculty advisor by March 25. The final version is due April 8.
Students completing a two-semester (6 credit) I460 capstone project must submit a draft to their faculty advisor by March 11. The final version is due March 25
