IUPUI offers a Master of Arts in English as well as a Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) certificate.
New this year: Intercultural Discourse in Health Contexts (W390/W600), taught by Ulla Connor, Ph.D., examines the practical side of intercultural health communication. The course is designed for students in applied and sociolinguistics, composition and literacy, interpretations, sociology, nursing, premed, bioethics, journalism and public health.
