Enhancement Review

The Enhancement Review Committee will have two functions: (1) to conduct performance evaluations of faculty members voluntarily seeking peer feedback or a change in career focus and (2) to conduct reviews of faculty members receiving overall evaluations of unsatisfactory (level 1 on the Annual Faculty Performance Evaluation Form) in two successive years.
