IUPUI Journalism alumna Christina Molinari

Christina Molinari, B.A.J. ’20, has received a Northwest Regional Emmy™ Award for her work on a story called “Western Oregon Literally and Figuratively on Fire.” Molinari is a producer at KEZI News 9 in Eugene, Ore.

The story covered the Holiday Farm fire, which started on Sept. 8, 2020. The piece was recognized in the Morning Newscast (Markets 81+) category.

Molinari shares the award with KEZI colleagues Ashly Edmiston, editor; Jaimie Hays, anchor; Bryan Anderson, anchor; Jacob Roberts, reporter; Nicholas Kyle, master control operator; and Cole Romine, director.

The recognition was announced on June 5, 2021, during the Northwest Regional Emmy™ awards virtual ceremony.
