Class Notes Submission Form

Our alumni are continually doing wonderful things! As you can imagine we are always interested in hearing your latest news. That's why we'd like to include your news online and in the "ClassNotes" section of an issue of Liberal Arts Advances. Please submit your class notes via the electronic form or by following the manual instructions below.

Manual Submission Instructions:

1. This requires Adobe Acrobat Reader which you can get here:
   
   
2. Once you have Adobe Acrobat Reader, download the Class Notes Form and open it with Adobe Acrobat.
   
   
3. Print the form and mail it to:
